An enjoyable Club day to kick off the new season

On the 30th August Barford Tigers HC welcomed back its members to kick off the 2026/2027 season. The day was structured in the form of an enjoyable knock-off out style tournament with mixed teams, including a large contingent from the junior section of the club. The weather held out and it was beautiful day with some great hockey on show too and I’m sure some sore legs after too.

Many congratulations to the white team on the day captained by Sukh Sihota who remained undefeated and to our junior award winners too: Archie, Sehaj and Yuvraj.

To all members, volunteers and supporters, the management committee wishes everyone all the best for the season ahead - come on TIGERS!!!
